Consultation appointments

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.

If Elite Nurse Recovery must cancel your appointment, you may choose either:

A full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees may be applied toward eligible services or programs offered by Elite Nurse Recovery.

Your consultation fee may be applied toward eligible services or products if you decide to move forward with a recommended plan.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with out policies and applicable laws.
