2. Consulting Services
Elite Nurse Recovery provides nurse-guided wellness consultations, educational resources, recovery support, and wellness coaching designed to help clients make informed decisions about their health. Services are educational and consultative in nature and are not intended to replace medical care from your physician or other licensed healthcare provider.
3. Appointments
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.Payment is required before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed. Clients are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled appointments.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Payments
Payment Payments are securely processed through our approved payment processors. Prices are subject to change without notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee, as outlined in your service agreement.
6. No Emergency Services
Elite Nurse Recovery is not an emergency medical service provider. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, you must immediately call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room. Our consultants do not provide urgent medical interventions or diagnostic services for acute crises.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided during consultations, including wellness plans, educational guides, and website materials, is the intellectual property of Elite Nurse Recovery. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without our express written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Elite Nurse Recovery or its contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our consulting services. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes as recovery involves factors beyond our professional control.
